The first image I gave my wife for our anniversary.

This one's kind of cheating. It was before we decided to make each other a gift pandering to our own talents. So, for our first anniversary, I printed out a high res version of the final image used in the game I made to propose.

The version used in the game was all small and pixellated, like a GBA screen resolution. As a result I was able to get away with a rather simplistic render style.

Do you mean you made this then inluded it into your game in a pixellated manner? How do you that. Sorry if I didn't understand correctly, my English is shaky.

I always loved her pose in this picture. Kudos on this whole thing, it was a great idea!

Also, this is one of those pictures that'd usually make a nice wallpaper, but instantly gets weird because of the purpose of the image. Please redraw with nondescript grey blobs.

I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you. I've had plenty of nights where I'm just in no mood to work, but that's fatigue, not drive. I can't not be an art-guy. I just don't know how to. Sorry.
